MISSION PARTNERS PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Mission Partners Program ("Program") is an affiliate referral program operated by Mission Fight Culture ("we", "us", "our"). By joining the Program, you ("Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be an active coach, athlete, or martial arts community leader
  • Have an active and genuine social media presence or community platform
  • Not be an employee or immediate family member of Mission Fight Culture

We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

3. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Partner you agree to:

  • Promote Mission Fight Culture honestly and in a manner consistent with our brand values
  • Only use approved marketing materials, images, and messaging
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content (e.g. #ad, #affiliate, or equivalent disclosure required by applicable law)
  • Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical promotion tactics
  • Not bid on our brand keywords in paid search advertising

4. COMMISSION & EARNINGS

  • Partners earn a commission starting from 15% on qualifying sales referred via their unique discount/referral code
  • Commission rates are set individually and communicated at the time of onboarding
  • Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts applied)
  • Commissions are not earned on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders

5. ATTRIBUTION WINDOW

  • Referral attribution is tracked via your unique discount code
  • Sales must use your code at checkout to qualify for commission
  • Codes have a 30-day validity window per customer session

6. PAYOUTS

  • Payouts are processed monthly, at the end of each calendar month
  • Minimum payout threshold: $20 AUD
  • Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer (Partners must provide valid payment details)
  • Mission Fight Culture reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected
  • Commissions are paid in AUD

7. DISCOUNT CODES

  • Each Partner receives a unique discount code to share with their audience
  • Codes may not be posted to public coupon or deal websites without prior written approval
  • Abuse of codes (e.g. self-referral, bulk ordering at a discount) will result in termination

8. PROGRAM CHANGES & TERMINATION

  • We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or discontinue the Program at any time with reasonable notice
  • Either party may terminate participation at any time
  • Upon termination, any outstanding commissions on valid orders will be paid out at the next pay cycle
  • We reserve the right to terminate a Partner immediately for breach of these terms, with no obligation to pay outstanding commissions where fraud or misconduct is involved

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Mission Fight Culture grants Partners a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our brand assets (logos, images) solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. Partners may not alter, misrepresent, or use our brand assets outside of this purpose.

10. LIABILITY

Mission Fight Culture is not liable for any loss of earnings, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Partner earnings are not guaranteed.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
