RETURNS POLICY

We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipmentβ€”without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (e.g., we sent a different style or size than what you ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free returns.

We will accept returns on uniforms, apparel, gear, and equipment* only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the original packaging (including plastic bag and product tag).
  • Items must be clean and free from wear.
  • Items must be unwashed.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on customer-specifically designed products (e.g., specific embroidery on GIs or belts).

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible (e.g. items that are dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, are covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, or have visible signs of wear).

*For your protection, undergarments, swimsuits, mouth guards, protective cups, and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new.

Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags, and any attachments. Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returns/exchanges will be at the discretion of Mission Fight Culture.

Good to know...

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for cloth masks, mouthguards, protective cups, underwear, swimwear, custom items, compression shorts, and punching bags.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached.
  • Please keep your orders separate. Returning more than one order in a single package may delay your refund.

Important Notice:

Customs duties and all associated taxes and costs are exclusively the customer’s responsibility. These will have to be paid by the customer to the shipping company (e.g., FedEx) or the local customs authority upon arrival/receipt of the goods. Under no circumstances will Mission Fight Culture:

  • Refund an order that has been refused by the receiver upon delivery by Australia Post.
  • Refund the customs duties and all associated taxes and costs on products returned.
